Fantastic customer service, Royal Mail made a mistake with my delivery so I contacted love wool and a lovely lady called Valerie got back to me in less than an hour on a Saturday night (amazing that she took the time even on her Saturday night to reply) and reassured me she would look into the problem on Monday which I was more than happy to wait for. On Monday I received an email from Valerie saying that it had been sorted and when I arrived home my parcel was delivered! The communication has been consistent, quick and professional. To top it off the wool is absolutely gorgeous and was incredibly well priced compared to other sites. The reliability of love wool is fantastic, Valerie is lovely and it’s been a brilliant shopping experience. Many Thanks for quickly sorting the problem. From now on I will be purchasing all my yarn from you guys!!

I am so fortunate to have Love Wool in my local town. There are a great variety of yarns and patterns to choose from, you’ll not leave disappointed. Valerie and all the staff are so welcoming and helpful and go out of their way to help. There is a great selection of workshops to learn new techniques too and if you’re not local you can always check out the website.

Such a lovely shop, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Entered the shop and got to see live demonstration of spinning sheep's wool from a second generation spinner. Couldn't recommend enough!

Stumbled across their online shop when looking for Sugar n' Cream cotton yarn. They had a far better selection than HobbyCraft and about half the price of Amazon. The order was prepared quickly - slight delay receiving, but that was due to Royal Mail leaving a missed delivery card at the wrong address. Highly recommend for online yarn shopping.

We loved visiting here. The lady was so friendly and helpful. The shop was warm and cozy with some really beautiful creations inside 😊
