Yarn Food – Sock Wash 100ml (Tea Tree)

Yarn Food Sock Wash natural no-rinse detergent is expertly designed for knitters to effectively clean, nourish and preserve hand-knit socks so that they last longer.

In addition to the gentle no-rinse formula, we added antimicrobial tea tree oil as a natural antidote to bacteria, fungi and odour, while lanolin feeds moisture back into the fibres.

HOW TO USE: Fill a sink or basin with one gallon, or 4.5 liters, of cold or lukewarm water. Add 3 pumps (5 ml) of Yarnfood Sock Wash and soak your socks for 20 minutes. Gently remove from the water, squeeze without wringing, and roll up in a towel to squeeze the remaining water out. Lay out flat or block to dry. Washing machine: Suitable for regular or HE machines. Add 9 pumps (15ml) into detergent drawer or directly into the machine. Wash on wool or delicate cycle following your yarn’s care instructions.
