Workshop Terms & Conditions

Love Wool Event Cancellation Policy

1. If you need to cancel your place on a workshop, unfortunately, the following cancellation charges apply and you will need to contact us directly to discuss your cancellation: – Cancellation 14+ days before the workshop date: 50% of workshop fee unless we are able to resell the place. – Cancellation less than 14 days before the workshop date: 100% of workshop fee unless we are able to resell the place.
2. If you do need to cancel you are welcome to send another person in your place instead. This does not incur any fee. Please just advise us of your replacement’s name and contact details as soon as possible.
3. If for any reason you are unable to attend, please contact us and we will try to find someone to take your place. Love Wool is not bound to find a replacement but we can try to find someone as a goodwill gesture. If we find someone to take your place, we can either issue a refund or transfer you on to a later date or another class of your choice.
4. In the event of non-attendance without prior notification, no refunds will be given.
5. For weekly courses, due to limited places and high demand, any missed classes cannot be carried over / refunded.

Cancellation By Us

1. We reserve the right to cancel or move a class or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances including illness.
2. Where a course is cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible.
3. We will offer you a place on an alternative workshop. If this workshop is not suitable for any reason then your fees will be refunded.
4. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any out of pocket expenses incurred as a result of class cancellation.
5. The tutor is subject to change at any time.
