Delivery, Returns & Refunds

We currently post to the UK only.
For UK parcels, we normally use Royal Mail but on occasion we may use other couriers such as Hermes or DPD.
UK Orders
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 Post is £3.55 or free for orders over £35 (after discounts are applied). All parcels delivered to the UK (including Channel Islands) are sent by Royal Mail Monday – Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). Tracked 48 can take 2 to 3 working days to arrive after despatch.
- Orders are assembled up to 8pm and are despatched the following morning.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next day service, it normally takes 1-2 working days to arrive after despatch.
- Please note that we only post to the delivery address provided with your payment. We cannot take responsibility if you have provided incorrect details.
- You will be emailed a tracking number by Royal Mail, be sure to check your Spam folder. If you do not receive this and have a query about delivery, contact us and we can provide you with your tracking number.
- You can also book a redelivery by visiting www.royalmail.com/redelivery and entering the next working date after your parcel was dispatched. You do not need a ‘sorry we missed you’ card for this.
- If there is still no sign of your parcel after you have explored these options, please contact us and we can discuss the matter further. Royal Mail will only investigate if the item hasn’t been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days. We will not be able to initiate an investigation until this time has passed so it is best to wait until this time has passed before contacting us as your parcel may just be delayed.
Local Pickup (Portadown, N. Ireland only)
All local pickup orders are assembled within 24 hours of being placed and are available for collection from our shop in Portadown, which is open 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday. Once you place a click-and-collect order, we will email you the collection details and arrange a suitable time to collect.
International Orders
Due to recent significant increases in postal costs internationally and the challenges of Brexit, we cannot offer a flat rate shipping fee for international deliveries.
Due to the Windsor Framework, we can no longer ship to the EU which includes Ireland. We can ship to the rest of the world.
If you live outside of the UK and EU and would still like to place an order, please contact us with details of your order and we will be able to calculate a quote for the shipping.

Returns & Refunds
Unwanted Goods
Should you decide you no longer want the goods supplied, items can be returned in their original and unused condition within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund of the purchase price, with no quibble.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage and we advise you obtain a proof of postage receipt.
Please note: We will not be able to refund any postage costs from the original order. Where free delivery was provided, we reserve the right to deduct the actual delivery cost from your refund.
If the item is not received in its original condition (e.g. the packaging has been removed, yarn has been wound into balls, used, had labels removed or has picked up a scent or animal hair etc.), we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
This policy applies to all online purchases, including sale and clearance items.

Late Returns
Whilst we offer a 14-day no-quibble return period, after this time, returns may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to restocking or handling charges.
Please note: We will not be able to refund any postage costs from the original order. Where free delivery was provided, we reserve the right to deduct the actual delivery cost from your refund.
Faulty Goods
Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund – whichever you prefer and reasonable return postage will be reimbursed.
Please obtain proof of postage for all returns. If your returned parcel does not arrive with us, it is your responsibility to seek compensation and a refund will not be issued.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
Please note
– we do not accept the return of patterns , leaflets or books due to copyright laws.
– we do not accept the return of yarn that was purchased as part of a colour pack or kit unless the whole pack is returned unused.
