Returns Policy

Unwanted Goods

Should you decide you no longer want the goods supplied, items can be returned in their original and unused condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, with no quibble.  Please note that postage will not be refunded, nor will you be reimbursed for the cost of return postage.

If the item is not received in its original condition (e.g. the packaging has been removed, yarn has been balled/used, yarn has picked up a scent or animal hair etc.) it will be returned to you and a refund or exchange will not be issued.

Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.

Faulty Goods

Should any goods you receive from us prove to be faulty, we will arrange for a replacement or refund – whichever you prefer and return postage will be reimbursed.

Please obtain proof of postage for all returns. If your returned parcel does not arrive with us, it is your responsibility to seek compensation and a refund will not be issued.
